TweetAwhile back there were rumors about R2-D2 having a quick cameo in the recent Star Trek reboot. The effects house for Star Trek, ILM(Industrial Light and Magic,) sometimes finds ways of including the little guy in some of it’s special effects in other films. There was a marketing contest officially noting his inclusion in the film, because people had to point out where R2-D2 shows up. Well, with the release of Star Trek on DVD and Blu-ray this week, it’s being confirmed across the web as to where this alleged cameo happens.
